In order to increase the coverage of examination centers by the resolution No. 3 and 4 taken by the General Administration Department, besides Gujarat Technological University, eight universities of the state have been recognized as commuter skill examination centers and given the power to conduct examinations.

Examinations have been conducted as per the “software” prepared by Gujarat Technological University for the assignment of CCC examination to the above eight universities. According to the ‘software’ prepared by the university for what it can do.
An oral / written representation has been made to authorize the examination. In this regard active consideration is finally decided by the government as follows: Karave – Work on planning of CCC examination of commuter skills to be given to the employees of class-3 and class-3 cadre of the state government for promotion / higher salary standard / regular appointment.

Apart from Gujarat Technological University, eight other accredited universities are allowed to take CCC examination under the following conditions as per the software developed by them or the software developed by Gujarat Technological University. (1) The concerned university will have to register the candidates online and take the examination. (3) Accredited universities shall conduct the CCC examination as per the syllabus prescribed by the resolution / declaration of the General Administration Department dated 30.3.2017 and thereafter as per the instructions given by the resolutions / circulars from time to time.
(3) The examination of CCC by a recognized university should be conducted in a completely transparent manner, without any irregularities, the examination should be conducted with the facility of CCTV camera and the entire responsibility of maintaining the secrecy in the conduct of the examination shall rest with the respective universities. (2) The result of the examination should be published by the concerned universities and including the website) and the candidates and their office should be informed. (3) Arrangements should be made for any government employee / officer who has registered with the university to pass the examination from that university. 2/4 (2) “Online registration must be continued.

(2) The decision to conduct the CCC examination during the public holidays or during the current days shall be taken by the concerned universities. (3) Examination fee shall be charged as prescribed by the resolution of the General Administration Department dated 5.11.2018 or as may be prescribed by the Government in this regard in future. (2) The online registration of the examination has to be done by the concerned university. (10) Relevant University: This work should be carried out immediately. (1) The consolidated information of the examination taken during the next month by the date of each month shall be sent to the General Administration Department.
